FAQ
do you accept refunds?
a refund will only be issued if:
- a preorder was not sufficiently funded
- something is missing from your order
- the product was delivered severely damaged (i will ask that you provide proof!)
do you accept returns/exchanges?
- returns/exchanges will only be accepted if you can provide proof that i sent you the wrong item based on your order number
SHOP POLICIES
ALL sales are final and refunds/returns/exchanges will not be accepted unless it applies to the above faq
refunds will not be issued for the following circumstances:
- the item gets lost in transit: once a package has been dropped off at the post office it is out of my hands and i cannot control what happens to it.
- the production time is too long: when you are preordering an item, you are committing to the extended wait of the item going into production all the way until it arrives to me.
- the item you ordered is currently funded and/or in production
- buyers remorse: if you regret making the purchase, then please think a bit more before committing to purchasing an item next time!
- overspending: when you are ordering an item (especially from a small business) we are trusting the fact that you are willing to support us and therefore have been responsible with your purchase, regardless of the amount. we provide preorder timelines/dates for this exact reason so you can plan your finances accordingly :)
- accidentally purchasing the incorrect item: all of the images/graphics are very clear and instead of rushing to grab an item, it is important that you take the time to be completely aware of what you are buying.
returned packages
- if a package has been returned to me for any reason, i will email you with the email you provided when purchasing the item(s). i can either resend the package and you cover the shipping cost, or i will refund the purchase amount excluding the shipping.
lost packages
- i am NOT responsible for lost packages. all packages come with tracked shipping, therefore when you make a purchase, you are accepting the risks of a package getting lost or taking longer than usual to arrive (especially during covid-19).
shipping
- domestic orders can range anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks. shipping starts at $4 for one item and $1 will be added for each additional item purchased.
- international orders can range from 2 - 5 weeks. shipping starts at $14 for one item and $1 will be added for each additional item purchased.
customs
- i am not responsible for any custom fees, import fees, or any other taxes that arise during the transit or because of your countries policies. when you purchase an item, you are accepting that you may have to pay additional fees on your end to receive the package.
